Description de l'image

In March 2024, Solène Lellinger, Joséphine Eberhart and Nils Kessel organized an international interdisciplinary colloquium devoted to drug risks and disasters and their consequences in the 20th and 21st centuries, bringing together researchers froms humanities and social sciences, healthcare professionals and, more broadly, actors in regulation, healthcare information and users' representatives.

In the words of the organizers, the aim of the colloquium was to offer a “transnational panorama, extended over the long term, [that] aims to understand the recurrence of accidents and the social negotiation of medicinal risks which - when they are studied - are often circumscribed to a case study, appearing as an epiphenomenon”.

Among this series of conferences and round tables, two presentations were made by members of our collective:

  • Joséphine Eberhart: Compter les morts du Di-Antalvic. Controverses européennes autour du retrait de la star des antidouleurs.
  • Lucile Benoit: Repenser les modes de régulation de la phyto-aromathérapie en médecine vétérinaire.

Information on the conference can be found here.
